We took our Dodge Dakota and GMC Yukon in for the Deluxe Detail. We are so amazed at the spectacular job that was done on our vehicles. It was like driving off the lot in our brand new cars. The interior work was very detailed they did not miss a spot. We had them clean and condition the leather seats and were very pleased and amazed at how great they turned out. We will be back.

This is my 3rd time tinting my car windows and have to say that Auto Concepts Northwest is the winner! The other two tinting jobs were satisfactory, but the places I went to were kinda dumpy looking. At Auto Concepts Northwest they have their own delivery area and great V.I.P. style looking lounge. I trust this place and stand by their work. I have and will recommend Auto Concepts NW to my friends and family. Also, I discovered that they do more than just detailing and tinting. Ask them for what they can offer. They showed me some pictures of some of their more specialized work and I was very impress.

I needed to replace my windshield and was horrified by how much it would cost me. I do not have a lot of money and was in a bind. I heard about Auto Concepts Northwest via a friend and called them up to see how much it would cost me to replace my front windshield of my car. They asked if I had insurance and I did not know if my insurance would cover it, so they called my insurance company for me. I soon discovered that indeed my insurance would help cover the expense of the windshield. I am just so thankful that ACN was able to help me. Thanks

After finding this business on the web, I decided to give them a call. I have been researching businesses for a place to take my car to get detailed. I have been irritated with having a dirty car, plus I was going on a date soon and needed to clean up my car. I called them up and was giving a price quote for $199 for a complete detail. My research suggested that this was a very good price. So I booked the appointment and brought the car in. The manager Todd greeted me in the morning and explained how long the service would take and when to pickup the car. He said about 5 hours. I was excited because who has the time these days to clean your own car for 5 hours and do a decent job? When I picked up my car it was completely sparking from the inside out. Well worth the $199 fee. I highly recommend this business and will continue to have them serviced my car. I also, discovered that they do a lot of other services beside detailing. I have saving some money for maybe upgrading my car interior to leather and adding heated seats.
